Capitalizing on the success of Canada Egypt Business Council – CEBC, trade mission to Canada during May-June 2022, we are glad to announce that a signing ceremony just took place on Wednesday 26 of October 2022 between Ahram Canadian university & Sheridan College – Ontario.

Ahram Canadian University, headed by prof. Seddik Abdel Salam, President of the University,  and CEBC member signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) for a cooperation agreement with Sheridan College Ontario to grant a dual degree from the two universities, under the patronage and the presence of Ambassador Louis Dumas, Ambassador of Canada to Egypt, Ambassador, Salama Shaker, former ambassador of Egypt to Canada, and Ms. Amira El Sahly, Executive Director of Canada Egypt Business Council, along with distinguished CEBC members, and significant representatives from the Canadian Embassy in Egypt, the business  and academia  leaders.

CEBC is very glad to witness this academic achievement as part of our goals to enhance bilateral cooperation between Canada and Egypt in the field of education and scientific research. We are really looking forward for more successful agreements and cooperation for our distinguished members during our trade missions in the coming years. 

استثمارا للنجاحات التى حققتها بعثة مجلس الأعمال المصرى الكندى الى كندا فى شهر مايو – يونيو 2022 ، يسعدنا أن نعلن أنه قد تم توقيع اتفاقية تعاون بين جامعة الاهرام الكندية و كلية شيريدان – أونتاريو يوم الأربعاء الماضى 26 أكتوبر 2022

وقد تم التوقيع برئاسة  د. صديق عبد السلام ، رئيس الجامعة وعضو مجلس الأعمال المصرى الكندى لمنح درجة مزدوجة من الجامعتين، و كان ذلك بحضور كلا من السفير لويس دوماس، السفير الكندى فى مصر ، السفيرة  سلامه شاكر، سفير مصر بكندا الاسبق ، والسيدة أميرة السهلي ، المدير التنفيذي لمجلس الأعمال المصرى الكندى ، إلى جانب حضور ممثلى السفارة الكندية في مصر وبعض اعضاء مجلس الأعمال المصرى الكندى وقطاع الأعمال والقطاع الأكاديمى.

يسعد مجلس الأعمال المصرى الكندى المشاركة فى هذا الإنجاز الأكاديمي كجزء من أهداف المجلس لتعزيز التعاون الثنائي بين كندا ومصر في مجال التعليم والبحث العلمي. و نتطلع إلى المزيد من الاتفاقيات والتعاون المثمر لأعضاء المجلس خلال بعثاتنا التجارية في السنوات القادمة.
