A Special presentation on the New Tax Law was held on February 27th at Nile Hilton. By Mr. Hosny Ibrahim Gad First under Secretary and Income Tax Commissioner, Dr. Ahmed Shawky Chairman of the Egyptian Tax Society, Managing partner of Mostafa Shawky Co, Mr. Essam Refaat Editor-in-chief Al Ahram Al Iktissadi, Major issues were raised about the implementation of the new Tax Law. Mr. Gad emphasized the importance of establishing a mutual trust between investors and Tax agents. The New Tax Law paved the way for self obligation to paying taxes.
