The evening opened with Speeches from CEBC Chairman Motaz Raslan, Canada Ambassador to Egypt Philip McKinnon, and His Excellency Ahmed Shafik, who opened the floor to questions. The Minister of Aviation stressed that the Ministry is exerting maximum of effort to make the industry competitive at a global level and local level by eliminating many of the constraints that previously eliminated private companies establishing themselves. Guests were treated to a tour of the new and tastefully decorated VIP rooms before being seated for a delectable dinner.
